1. Operational Amplifier - IC - 741
2. Resistor - 1.5 KΩ, 2.7 KΩ
3. Power Supply - ± 12 V DC
4. Input Signal (Sinusoidal Waveform) - Function Generator
5. Output Measurement Instrument - DSO
